Outside Massachusetts, we handle federal legal matters in Florida, Georgia, and California. This includes federal consumer protection, banking and payments issues, and veterans and disability benefits.

For state-specific issues that require a local license, we partner with trusted co-counsel in your state. You will always know who is on your team, and we disclose any co-counsel relationship in writing before we begin.
Honest About Our Reach
We are not licensed everywhere. If your matter falls outside the areas we serve, we will tell you upfront and do our best to refer you to someone who can help.
How we take on new matters
- You reach out through our intake form or schedule a call. We run a quick conflicts check before we talk.
- If your matter is something we handle and there are no conflicts, we send you a written agreement that spells out what we will do, what it will cost, and how we will communicate.
- If you need local counsel in your state, we find the right co-counsel and explain the arrangement clearly before anything moves forward.
- If we cannot help, we say so honestly and try to point you to someone who can.
