Outside of Massachusetts, the firm focuses on federal legal and regulatory matters in Florida, Georgia, and California, including federal consumer financial protection, payments and banking regulation, and federal disability and veterans benefits programs.
Co-Counsel Network
State-specific legal matters that require an attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction are handled in association with locally licensed co-counsel. Any co-counsel relationship is disclosed in writing prior to engagement.
Not Licensed in All Jurisdictions
Cornerstone Law Partners Global is not licensed in every jurisdiction in which clients may reside or in which information on this website may be accessed. Engagements outside of the firm's scope are declined or referred.
How engagements are scoped
- You submit an intake form or schedule a consultation. The firm completes a conflicts check before any substantive discussion.
- If the matter is within the firm's federal practice focus and no conflict exists, the firm proposes a written engagement agreement defining scope, fees, and communication methods.
- If the matter requires state-specific representation, the firm identifies appropriate locally licensed co-counsel and discloses the arrangement in writing before any engagement.
- If the matter is outside of the firm's scope or jurisdiction, the firm declines or refers the matter without taking a fee.
