The following disclosures govern your access to and use of this website and any communications you have with Cornerstone Law Partners Global. Please read them carefully.
1
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing this website, downloading materials, sending an email, completing an intake form, or otherwise contacting Cornerstone Law Partners Global does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only after the firm has completed a conflicts check and both parties have executed a written engagement agreement.
2
Informational Purposes Only
All content on this website, including practice area descriptions, FAQs, blog posts, downloadable resources, checklists, and articles, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
3
Jurisdiction & Licensure Disclosure
Cornerstone Law Partners Global currently operates through a Massachusetts-licensed attorney. The firm is not licensed in every jurisdiction in which clients may reside or in which information on this website may be accessed. Nothing on this site is intended to constitute the practice of law in any jurisdiction where the firm is not authorized to practice.

Federal Matters Focus
Outside of Massachusetts, the firm focuses on federal legal and regulatory matters in Florida, Georgia, and California, including federal consumer financial protection, federal payments and banking regulation, federal disability and veterans benefits programs, and federal administrative proceedings. The firm does not undertake state-court litigation or state-specific representation in those jurisdictions in its own name.
5
Co-Counsel Disclosure
For state-specific legal matters that require representation by an attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction, Cornerstone Law Partners Global may associate with locally licensed co-counsel. Any such association will be disclosed to the client in writing prior to engagement, and the responsibilities of each firm will be defined in the engagement agreement.
6
No Guarantee of Results
Legal outcomes depend on facts, applicable law, the conduct of opposing parties, and the discretion of courts and agencies. Prior results described on this website do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. The firm makes no representations or warranties about the outcome of any case, claim, application, appeal, or transaction.
7
Confidentiality Warning Before Engagement
Until a written engagement agreement is executed, communications with the firm are not protected by the attorney-client privilege and may not be treated as confidential. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through this website, intake forms, email, voicemail, or any other channel before the firm has confirmed in writing that it can represent you.

Third-Party Links Disclaimer
This website may contain links to third-party websites, articles, regulations, or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only. The firm does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship with the linked organization.
9
Advertising Disclosure
This website constitutes attorney advertising under the rules of professional conduct in jurisdictions where applicable. The hiring of an attorney is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertising. Before deciding to engage the firm, you are encouraged to request additional information about the firm's qualifications and experience.

Submitting an intake form, scheduling a consultation, requesting a callback, or speaking with a member of the firm does not create representation. The firm reserves the right to decline any matter for any lawful reason, including conflicts of interest, scope, jurisdiction, capacity, or other professional considerations.
